This site is an offer to open contracting, not a contract
Everything published here — scope, coverage arithmetic, productivity standards, commercial terms, illustrative economics, quality framework and onboarding plan — describes the ChatDeskOps placement as offered by Akontec to BPO service providers. Nothing on this site creates a binding obligation until a Master Services Agreement and Schedule A are executed.
Figures are illustrative
The provider economics, salary bands, day-zero investment, currency basis, productivity ranges, coverage-band shares and contact volumes published here are illustrations built on named assumptions. They are not forecasts, projections, representations or commitments. Your cost base will differ, and the 4.9 headcount multiplier is a planning floor rather than a guarantee.
No volume or satisfaction outcome is guaranteed
Akontec does not guarantee contact volume in either direction, customer satisfaction scores, or first-contact resolution outcomes. Seats and coverage are contracted; volume and customer sentiment are not. The full list of things Akontec will not promise is published on the partner FAQ.
Certification claims
Akontec does not claim any certification it does not hold. Where a control is implemented but not independently certified, it is described as implemented rather than certified.
Confidentiality
Detailed schedules — the knowledge base, the escalation matrix, the coverage plan, the SLA and KPI schedule and Schedule A commercials — are issued only under a signed non-disclosure agreement.
Intellectual property
All content, structure and design on this site are the property of Akontec Synergy Pvt Ltd. You may share and print pages to evaluate this placement. Republication, resale, or use of this material to solicit the end client directly is prohibited.
Availability and changes
The placement, the seat band and the rate are subject to availability and may be withdrawn or varied. This site may be updated without notice; the version issued to you under reference AKO-SAS-CHD-2026-04 governs any conflict.
Governing law
These terms, and any contracting that follows, are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction as set out in the Master Services Agreement.
